The Esports World Cup is a tournament series that was announced in late 2023, building off the previously established Gamers8 series. PUBG was announced as part of the line-up on February 26, 2024. ^[1]

Broadcast Talent[edit]

Format[edit]

Group Stage: August 21th - 23rd ^[2]
- TBD
  - Top 16 teams advance to the Grand Finals
  - Bottom 8 teams will be eliminated

Grand Finals: August 24th - 25th
- The 16 remaining teams will compete in the Match Point Format
- The first team to hit 70 points AND then secure a WWCD in upcoming matches will be crowned as the winner.
- The remaining teams will be ranked by total points awarded in the series.
